Project EAGLE is a key part of Mount View High School’s High Potential and Gifted Education (HPGE) program and forms an integral component of the Year 7 and 8 Academic Enrichment class. Open to all students in Years 7 and 8, it provides an opportunity to explore areas of interest while developing interpersonal, teamwork, and independent learning skills. The program name stands for Encouraging Academic Growth, Leadership and Enrichment, reflecting the focus on both personal and academic development. In Year 7 the focus is on collaborative group projects, while in Year 8 students design and complete a Personal Interest Project (PIP). Each year, student achievements are celebrated and shared with peers, families, and the wider school community at our Enrichment Expo in Term 4.
