Semester 1 Reports and Principal's Awards will be presented to our Year 9 Students.
All Parents/Carers/Families are invited to attend.

30/06/2026 - Year 11 Student Leaders - Captains Speeches
Date: Tuesday 30th June 2026
Time: 11:45am - 12:30pm
Location: Mount View High School - MPC
Nominated Student Leaders in Year 11 will have the opportunity to present to their peers in Years 10 and 11, advocating why they should be elected as School Captain.
30/06/2026 - Years 7 to 12 - Parent Teacher Interviews
Date: Tuesday 30th June 2026
Time: 3:00pm - 5:30pm
Location: Mount View High School - English & Maths Corridors
Parents of students in all year groups are encouraged to book interviews with their child's teachers.
Parent teacher interviews offer an opportunity to better understand your child’s academic progress and provide detail on individual strengths and weaknesses.
Teachers can provide invaluable feedback on how your child engages in learning and with peers in the classroom. It is an opportunity to make plans for further educational support if necessary.
Bookings can be made via the Sentral Parent Portal from the 22nd June at 10am onwards.

02/07/2026 - End of Term Reward Excursion - Revolution Sports Park
Date: Thursday 2nd July 2026
Time: 9:30am - 2:30pm
Location: Revolution Sports Park
This term we will head to Revolution Sports Park for our end of term reward excursion.
Students wanting to go on this excursion need to see their Year Advisor to be added to the student list.
Students must meet the school's non-compulsory excursion policy for behaviour, attendance and compliance with uniform.
Permission notes will be sent via School Bytes in Week 9 to parent/carers of students who have put their name down and meet the eligibility requirements.
Final eligibility check will be completed on Monday 29th June - this is also the due date for permission and payment.

Date: Monday 10th - Friday 21st August 2026
Time: As Per Timetable
Location: ECBC / MVHS
Trial HSC Examinations will be conducted at East Cessnock Bowling Club (ECBC). Information will be included with the student's examination timetables which they will receive prior to the end of Term 2.
