Monday 8th June is a Public Holiday. Students return to School on Tuesday 9th June.

10/06/2026 - Year 10 - HSC Minimum Standards Testing

Date: Wednesday 10th June 2026

Time: 8:55am - 9:50am

Location: Mount View High School - MPC

HSC Minimum standards testing will be held in the MPC for all Year 10 students.  Students are tested in Reading, Writing and Numeracy.

10/06/2026 - Year 7 & 8 Girls - Em Thompson Presentation

Date: Wednesday 10th June 2026

Time: 8:55am - 12:00pm

Location: Mount View High School - MPC & SPHERE

Em Thompson will deliver an informative presentation to our Year 7 & 8 female students about domestic violence, healthy relationships, and the impact on young people.

12/06/2026 - All Students & Staff - Beanies for Brain Cancer Day & Fundraising BBQ

Date: Friday 12th June 2026

Time: All Day

Location: Mount View High School

Students and staff are encouraged to wear a beanie and support our fundraising BBQ to raise awareness and funds for brain cancer research and support services. The MVHS Leadership Team will be leading activities to raise awareness throughout the day.

12/06/2026 - Year 10 - HSC Minimum Standards Testing

Time: 9:50am - 10:40am, 12:00pm-12:50pm, 12:50pm-1:40pm

Location: Mount View High School - MPC

HSC Minimum standards testing will be held in the MPC for all Year 10 students.  Students are tested in Reading, Writing and Numeracy.

Mount View High School's Year 7 students will participate in a Cultural Immersion Day, providing opportunities to deepen their understanding of Aboriginal culture, history, and traditions.

24/06/2026 - Year 12 Hospitality Students - Excursion

Time: 11:30am - 2:30pm

Location: Restaurant Cuvee, Peterson House

Mount View High School’s Year 12 Hospitality students will visit Restaurant Cuvee as part of an HSC enrichment industry excursion.

A special NAIDOC Assembly involving invited parents and community members, showcasing the amazing Aboriginal Education programs and student achievements across the school.

Date: Tuesday 30th June 2026

Time: 3:00pm - 5:30pm

Location: Mount View High School - English & Maths Corridors

Parents of students in all year groups are encouraged to book interviews with their child's teachers.

Parent teacher interviews offer an opportunity to better understand your child’s academic progress and provide detail on individual strengths and weaknesses.

Teachers can provide invaluable feedback on how your child engages in learning and with peers in the classroom. It is an opportunity to make plans for further educational support if necessary.

Bookings can be made via the Sentral Parent Portal from the 22nd June at 10am onwards.

02/07/2026 - End of Term Reward Excursion - Revolution Sports Park

Date: Thursday 2nd July 2026

Time: 9:30am - 2:30pm

Location: Revolution Sports Park

This term we will head to Revolution Sports Park for our end of term reward excursion.

Students wanting to go on this excursion need to see their Year Advisor to be added to the student list.

Students must meet the school's non-compulsory excursion policy for behaviour, attendance and compliance with uniform.

Permission notes will be sent via School Bytes in Week 9 to parent/carers of students who have put their name down and meet the eligibility requirements.

Final eligibility check will be completed on Monday 29th June - this is also the due date for permission and payment.
