This term has been busy for our year 9 students. They have participated in the “Pit Stop” program at the PCYC, involved in Year 6 transition activities, and completed NAPLAN.
They should be congratulated for their efforts, especially reaching the halfway mark of the year. (It’s going too fast!!!)
If students missed the opportunity to support our Year 6 students in transitioning to high school there will still be opportunities next term. They also need to keep an eye out for information from Ms Collier regarding the peer support program. It's a very rewarding program that supports our younger students starting high school.

We would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands. We acknowledge the 3 language groups in our AECG area. The Awabakal people, the Wonnarua people and the Darkinjung people. We show respect to our Elders past and present, along with the leaders of the future who are learning and carrying forward our traditions and culture both here at school and in the wider community. We extend that respect to the Aboriginal people present today, as well as the non-Aboriginal people here, as we continue working together on carrying our culture forward.
