Students accross Years 10, 11 & 12 have the opportunity to be apart of the Yoga Sync Program run by Janine De Jorge, a fully qualified Children's Yoga Teacher, learning yoga poses that relieve tension and stress on a physical, mental and emotional level. Sessions will include breathing techniques that reduce anxiety and regulate emotions. Mindset activities taught will help to create lasting change.

The Mount View High School GP Clinic commenced 2019 with an aim to provide barrier free access to health care for students in Year 11 and 12. The clinic operates every 2nd Wednesday between 9:00am and 12:00pm with a Doctor & Nurse from Allways Healthcare. Students must see Ms Michelle Bedford in the SPHERE to make a booking.

We would like to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the lands. We acknowledge the 3 language groups in our AECG area. The Awabakal people, the Wonnarua people and the Darkinjung people. We show respect to our Elders past and present, along with the leaders of the future who are learning and carrying forward our traditions and culture both here at school and in the wider community. We extend that respect to the Aboriginal people present today, as well as the non-Aboriginal people here, as we continue working together on carrying our culture forward.
